TESCORP “TIA/SA-QR” Series systems are designed and constructed for a dual application to supply both compressor high pressure starting air and then supply the site with instrument air. With a duplex compressor arrangement, the combined volumes allow large capacity air supply for the engine starting application and then 100% standby capacity of field instrument air needs. Designed and constructed with the Quincy pressure lubricated reciprocating compressor in a duplex 100% redundant configuration, the TESCORP TIA-QR series provide continuous air supply with the capabilities to supply 200% flow rates upon demand.
Instrument Air Unit Features and Options:
- Two (2) Quincy “QR-25 Series HP (High Pressure)” pressure lubricated, two-stage reciprocating compressors rated @ 250 Psig.
- One (1) Quincy QMOD “Heatless Regenerative” dryer rated -40o F Dewpoint
- One (1) “Wet Air” air receiver
- One (1) “Dry Air” air receiver
- One (1) Automatic electronic “no loss” condensate drain valve
- Inter-connecting piping, valves, gauges and relief valves
- Common electrical connection box with circuit breakers and control transformer
- Weatherproof protection on all electrical components
